The Emperor's New Salmon

I embarked on a "fine" dining experience last night at The Four Swallows.It took about that many to gag down the extremely undercooked salmon. What is going on with this? I declare it, "The Emperor's New Salmon." Sushi is being forced upon us, even when we don't order Sushi and then it's unfashionable to object! Fortunately, Jack Sprat was my dining companion. I retained the thinner end portions and he delighted in his unexpected Sushi treat. We didn't lick the platter... 2 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you?
